Process
Please contact us to set up an on-site measurement session where we will gather your needs, take your measurements, and finally the garment for the tailoring/alterations needed to be done. (Heads Up: Accurate measurements cannot be provided if not wearing bra support)
Timetable
Processing time will depend on order in which the item is received. Typically, 3 weeks are needed to complete the task.
Rush Delivery
If you're in a hurry, we can have the garment tailored within 3 days' time. However, it is important to note that you must initiate the appointments as quickly as possible to allow the tailors max time do get it done on time. Also, a Rush Fee will be applied.

We thoroughly inspect all garments not sold by us for imperfections, defects and anything else that could affect our ability to work on it. We cannot replace or otherwise conceal missing or damaged components to the original garment, and we reserve the right to reject any request for any reason. There may be other factors to garments we receive that could limit the extent of service we are able to provide.
